Eri-Silk Scarf – WD409
100% Ethical 'Eri' silk
This scarf is ethical silk meaning the silk worm is not killed during the process of extracting the silk yarns. Instead it lives to become a butterfly and flies off from the cocoon. This silk comes from the 'Eri' silkworm which is native to the region of Assam, India.
Beautiful scarf in the natural 'Eri' silk colour. The scarf has an all-over woven design and a matching woven border design in organic cotton on the bottom half of each end, available in a choice of two colours – i. with a red border, and ii. with an orange border (only one of each in stock). This scarf is named after the woman who wove it ('Rupa').
